Wedding Receptions

The clubhouse at Lake MacBride Golf Course has 2 levels, a deck and walk-out lower level with a spacious patio overlooking the first tee. Our lower level holds over 200 guests while our upper level can accommodate an additional 100. Looking for something unique, do an indoor/outdoor wedding by adding an enclosed tent to our outdoor patio and seat an extra 100 or more people.

Outdoor Ceremonies

If you are looking for an outdoor wedding area with a beautiful golf course in the background, Lake MacBride Golf Club & Event Center is the place to be.  We offer colorful outdoor weddings in our flowered garden area under the trellis.    There is plenty of room for all your guests and if timed right, amazing sunsets in the sky.

Bar Service

Bar service can be customized to meet any of your needs. From champagne toasts to an open bar to cash bar to kegs we can do whatever you like and your budget allows. Our experienced bartenders are included in your banquet room fee.

State law prohibits any alcoholic beverages to be brought to or taken from the premises.  No exceptions.  Thank you.

Thank you for interest Lake MacBride Golf Course as your host for your reception or special event!

We require a non-refundable deposit to reserve the clubhouse facilities for a private function. The deposit must be received within 2 weeks of the initial booking. The deposit amount is $400.00 and will be applied as a credit to the final bill.

Four weeks prior to your event, please advise us as to your choice of menus, any specifics and details relating to your function, as well as an estimated number of guests. A guaranteed count of the number of guests is required at least 1 week prior to the function. After this time the number of guests may be increased but may not be decreased. If Lake MacBride Golf Course does not receive a guaranteed count the last count received will constitute the guaranteed number. Charges will be assessed for the guaranteed count or actual number of guests, whichever is greater. We require the reception bill to be paid at least 3 days prior to the day of the event. An estimated bill will be presented the week of the event for pre-payment. A 3% charge will be added if paid with a credit card. Quoted prices are subject to market fluctuations.

There is a $750.00 service/rental fee. This covers set up, serving, bar tending and clean up.

There is a 20% Gratuity Charge on food and beverage total. 7% Sales Tax will be added to the total.

There is a $ 75.00 charge for re-setup of seating tables if they are substantially moved from their places.

Candles must be contained in votives, hurricane lamps or similar containers.

No confetti of any kind may be used for decoration.

Music such as DJ’s and bands must conclude by 11pm so staff can begin clean up.

Wedding ceremonies can be performed at our facility- either indoors or outdoors for a fee of $250.00 which includes basic setup. Any additional setup requested will be charged on a per hour basis.

State law prohibits any alcoholic beverages to be brought to or taken from the Club premises. Lake MacBride will provide all food items for the function with exceptions being “theme” baked goods such as wedding and birthday cakes, with prior consent.

Any displays or materials placed in the clubhouse during a private function must be removed from the premises immediately after the function ends. LMGC takes no responsibility for loss or damage occurring to such items. You will be responsible for any damage to the clubhouse or clubhouse property.
